Truly Tinsley is the Administrative and Operations Assistant for DI. Previous to her work at the organization, she worked as an intern for the US Department of State’s Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs and for the U.S. Congress. Her interests include public diplomacy, soft power, and cross-cultural exchange in the East Asian Region.

Ms. Tinsley holds a BA in international affairs and Chinese language from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where she is originally from. Currently, she is working towards a masters degree in International affairs with a focus on Asia from George Washington University.
